My favorite piece is a special order that I bought for myself. Dave handcrafted a cutting board for me that is double-sided. One side is of a market lamb with the specific cuts of meat labeled and the other side is a special family recipe for BBQ lamb kabobs that my dad made for special occasions, friends, and family. Dave even included my dad’s original signature at the bottom! This is a cherished treasure that will now become a family heirloom passed on to many generations.
